The Borno Geographic Information Service (BOGIS) has commenced process of compensation to individuals affected by the N10.9b township road and drainage projects in Maiduguri metropolis.
An announcement from the management of BOGIS, urged all those affected to report to the agency’s office as from 10 am.
It urged for full cooperation from those affected for a successful exercise.
“The affected areas include Shehu’s Palace Roundabout to Galadima
Junction and Shehu Sanda Kura Road from Monday Market Roundabout to Kofa Biyu.
“All concerned parties are advised to bring their National Identity Card, Passport, and Account Details for prompt and efficient processing,” the announcement noted.
Gov. Babagana Zulum of Borno had recently flagged-off the dualization of the three affected roads in Maiduguri metropolis.
