A student of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, (LAUTECH), Ogbomosho in Oyo State has narrated how some SARS operatives allegedly ”robbed” him to part with money meant for his school fees.
According to his narration on Twitter, he encountered the Special Anti-robbery Squad (SARS) operatives on Tuesday.
He added that all his pleas to the officers that he had a Monday deadline to pay his school fees fell on deaf hears as they insisted he cleared out his account, or they kill him.
He also revealed that the money was transferred into an account number with the name Julius Erhauyi Igiebor.
He wrote; ” I was robbed by 4 Sars operatives in ogbomosho lautech they came with guns and collected all my school fees.
“I have a deadline to pay the school fees before Monday they didn’t listen they threatened to kill me if I don’t send the money. @segalink please help me sir please sir.”

The #EndSARS Reform Police movement has continued to put more pressure on the Nigeria Police Force to curb extrajudicial activities by its personnel.
The group stated that personnel of the force must at all times respect the “sanctity of life and the lives of all Nigerians”.
The EndSARS group also maintained that the Police have been acting outside the law, leading to the killing of Nigerians by a different unit of the police.
