Tension continued to build up in Taraba state,north east Nigeria as the Nigerian military men reportedly intercepted a Hilux van allegedly belonging to the care taker Chairman of Takum Local Government Area, Mr. Shiban Tikari .
One of the men arrested was identified as the chairman’s personal driver .
They were suspected to have killed two persons and were on their way to dump the corpse before they were intercepted.
The corpses were dumped at jinawa.
Already both the Council boss and the suspected killers are said to have been taken to Divisional Police Headquarters Takum,Takum local government area.
At the moment there is a serious tension in Takum,as some youths besieged the police station, and one person is also confirmed shot.
