Gov. Babagana Zulum of Borno has appointed the out-going Borno Head of Service, Barr. Simon Malgwi as Special Adviser on Legal and Administrative Matters.
The statement is contained in a statement from the office of the the State Secretary to the Government (SSG), Alhaji Usman Jidda Shuwa.
“His Excellency, Professor Babagana Umara Zulum, FNSE, CON, mni, the Executive Governor of Borno State has approved the appointment of Barr. Simon C. Malgwi as Special Adviser on legal and Administrative Matters.
“He will be sworn-in in due course”, the statement added.
Malgwi who retired after 35 years of service is to formally hand over the affairs of office to the most senior Permanent Secretary on Friday, October 21.
Malgwi hail from Hawul local Government Area of Borno State.
