…Order of mandatory injunction, compelling the Adamawa State Governor to approve the appointment of Mahmud Abubakar as the legitimate District Head of Jalingo-Maiha Must not be overruled – Social Commentator
It is, as at today, over 14 days when the High Court declared that it would amount to contempt of court order having a district head in acting capacity as much as the executive refusal to approve the appointment of Mahmud Abubakar as the proper person, as recommended, for a district head.
Some legal luminaries that are engaged in the conversation relating to the High Court judgment pointed out that the order of mandatory injunction, that compelled Adamawa state governor to approve the appointment of Mahmud Abubakar as the legitimate District Head of Jalingo-Maiha would last between 7 to 14 days, failing to honour of which the Chief Judge would go ahead and approve the appointment.
The elders as stakeholders of Jalingo-Maiha District have received with dismay, the rumor made news that some faceless, irresponsible, antagonists to unity, peace and mutual coexistence faceless constituting anarchy by arrogating to themselves the perception of community elders, to declare war on court order and the legitimacy of the monarchy and the nobility in Jalingo-Maiha District.
The faceless anarchist, threatened by the overwhelming supporters of Mahmud the proper person for the district headship have taken to playing the Shakespeare’s Don John in “Much Ado About Nothing”, via media propaganda, threatening against the implementation of the final court order of mandatory injunction that compelled the Adamawa state governor to unfailingly honour previous courts orders.
The court order read thus:

On the whole therefore, this application having been meritorious is granted as prayed. I shall now pronounce and order as follows:
An order of mandatory injunction compelling the Executive Governor of Adamawa State to approve the name of Mahmud Abubakar as the proper person for appointment as the District Head of Jalingo-Maiha District in Maiha Local Government of Adamawa State.

The legitimate elders, have in response last week denied that there was any nincompoop, naughty by nature, elder without attitude and noncomformist to moral sensitivity to claim the anarchical authority against the state in Jalingo-Maiha District.
“It should be noted that the threat to peace and mutual coexistence is but a figment of mischievous imagination, as there are no hypnotic community or chronic hypocritical committee of elders or stakeholders who signed any threat warrant or issued any statement against the implementation of Justice as much as there is no one above the law and that no chaotic minded fights with and defeats the government. It is only but diversionary, the elders would point out.”
