A 74-year-old man Muhammadu Liti has married his 82-year-old heartthrob, Fatima Mallam after an eight months courtship in Kano.
The wedding took place Tuesday morning at Kan Fako area of Dorayi, Kano metropolis according to a Freedom Radio report monitored.
Mr Liti paid a bride price of N10, 000 to Miss Malam who fries kosai and wainar rogo in the area.
The bridegroom, who expressed happiness on finding a life partner, said the marriage was contracted based on true love.
