The Gombe State government has confirmed sixteen new cases of Coronavirus in the state.
The development was announced by the spokesperson to the Governor, Ismail Umisilli, in a tweet via his Twitter handle on Saturday.
The tweet reads, “COVID-19 UPDATE as of 1st May 2020.”
“16 additional COVID-19 cases have been confirmed.”
“Total number of confirmed cases in the State: 92″
“No patient has been discharged and no death recorded.”
