JUST IN: Former Adamawa CAN Boss Attacked, Valuables Carted Away

Former Chairman of Adamawa State Christians Association of Nigeria (CAN), Bishop Mike Moses was attacked in his Yola residence at the early hours of Wednesday, sources have said.

“The bandits numbering five , they came around 3am through the fence of the house and demanded for money.

” They  stabbed the Christian Clergy and cartered away valuebles in the absent of money they could not get,” said the source.

Also corroborating a relative of the clergyman added, “They came around 3am this morning demanding for money because Bishop was not having any money to give, they resorted to beating him to coma, destroyed many things in the house and took away properties worth millions of naira.”

that the armed men threatened to kill him if they could not get money on their next visit.

In the meantime, efforts to speak to police spokesman in the state,DSP Suleiman Yahya Nguroje proved abortive as he didn’t pick calls made to his phone.
