IBDFM YOLA 2024: VC MAU, CNN Provost, Others To Bag Fellow Membership, Yayaji ICON Award

The Institute of Business Diplomacy and Financial Management, IBDFM, has finalised arrangements for its 74th Mandatory Continuing Professional Development (MCPD) Programme, featuring Investiture of Fellowship and Induction of New Members scheduled for Saturday, September 28, 2024, at Lamido Barkindo Aliyu Musdafa Hall, College of Nursing and Midwifery Yola. Adamawa State.
The Institute’s lecture with the theme: Corporate Treasury Management Best Practice, will be articulated by Prof Bashir Daneji of Modibbo Adama University, MAU Yola and analysed by Prof Ibrahim Danjuma also of MAU; both of them Fellow Members of the institute.
The Deputy Governor Adamawa state, Her Excellency Prof Kaletapwa George Farauta, a Fellow Member of the Institute will serve as Special Guest of Honour and the Wife of the Governor Adamawa state, Hajiya Lami Ahmadu Fintiri also a Fellow Member, will serve as the Mother of the Day.
The newly appointed Vice Chancellor, Modibbo Adama University, MAU Yola, PROF. IBRAHIM UMAR and the Provost, College of Nursing and Midwifery, CNM Yola, DR. LAMI AMINU among others, will be invested as FELLOW MEMBERS of the Institute Local the Commissioner, local Government Affairs, Hon Yayaji Ibrahim Mijinyawa will be conferred ICON OF DIPLOMATIC LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT AWARD.
According to the Registrar and Secretary to Council of the Institute, Dr Sukana Danjuma Tusha,”due to the sanitation exercise holding every last Saturday of the month across the state, restricting all vehicular movements till 10am, the 74th MCPD Programme is shifted to start at 10:30am from the 9am earlier slated.
“Accreditation will end by 11am, the programme proper will commence immediately and is expected to end at 2pm”.
