Gov. Fintiri approves new Medical Director for Specialist Hospital

Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State, has approved the appointment of Dr Dauda Wadinga, as the new Medical Director of Specialist Hospital, Yola.

A statement on Sunday by Mr Solomon Kumangar, the Director-General, Media and Communications to the Governor, said the replacement was with immediate effect.

The statement said Wadinga until his appointment was a Consultant General Surgeon and Head of General Surgery Department with the Federal Medical Centre (FMC), Yola.

Dr Wadinga relaced Dr Saidu Bala.
