Emmanuel Musa reunites severed friendships, enhances camaraderie @ birthday
A renewed goodwill and spiritedness have exuded Kala’a primary school, which hosted the birthday of Adamawa’s frontline entrepreneur and philanthropist par excellence, Dr Emmanuel Musa as the event which assumed a carnival dimension mended severed relationship between farmers and herders and enhanced camaraderie amongst friends and associates.
“The event which featured banquet of gratitude will remain indelible in the memories of the people for serving a number of humanitarian purposes including empowerment, resolving the prolonged farmers, herders imbroglio and bringing together old friends and associates under one roof”, an associate of the philanthropist, Godwin Chakuyada said.
During the event which is the fourth in series, stakeholders who extolled the positive virtues of the philanthropist, urged all and sundry to emulate the young entrepreneur for peace, harmony and tranquility to prevail in Nigeria.
Paying glowing tributes to Dr. Emmanuel Musa for his unique philanthropic gestures, dignitaries at the occasion including, former acting governor of Adamawa State, Rt, Hon James Barka, a former lawmaker, Hassan Barguma, and Chief Maurice Vunobolki expressed great admiration for the young entrepreneur for his epoch making and landmark strides in the society.
They noted that over the years, the name Emmanuel Musa has earned tremendous mileage and respect because of the way and manner his contagion humanitarian intervention has touched the less privileged members of the society. They urged him to maintain the tempo for the benefit of mankind.
Addressing the gathering, Dr. Emmanuel N Musa who doubles as the national president of Emnamu foundation, stated that over 5000 less privileged have benefitted from the humanitarian gesture of his foundation across the country and promised to do more in that regard.
The Philanthropist said his greatest achievement is not accumulation of wealth but touching the lives of the needy and less privileged in the society.
He called on the members of the foundation to join the bandwagon in combatting the menace of climate change which has adversely affected livelihood, food security and ecosystem disclosing that the foundation has planted over ten thousand trees in the state and beyond.
Expressing gratitude for bringing a renewed unity, representatives of farmers Buba Alhaji and Simon Peter thanked Dr. Emmanuel for his peace mending strides expressing hope that the gesture will finally nip in the bud, the perennial farmer’s herders conflict in the area.
The event climaxed with cutting of birthday cake and entertainment sessions by renowned Hausa Music stars including Ado Gwanja, Ahmadu Sheriff and Hamisu Breaker.
