The Speaker of Adamawa State House of Assembly, Rt Hon. Aminu Iya Abbas, has felicitated with Muslim Ummah in the state on the occasion of Eid el Adha.
Iya Abbas enjoined muslims to reflect on the virtures of sacrifice, patience, tolerance humily as well as enhance their spiritual being through total submission to the will of Allah as examplified by Prophets Ibrahim and Ismail.
Aminu Iya Abbas who called on the ummah to use the period to promote peace and unity in the society also asked them to pray fervently for the growth and development of the state.
The speaker wished Muslim ummah a happy and peaceful sallah celebration.
