Dr. Emmanuel N Musa bags IRC meritorious award
Foremost Adamawa philanthropist and businessman, Dr. Emmanuel N. Musa has bagged Integrating Reading Culture (IRC) award for philanthropy in the just concluded productivity and merit award conducted by the organization.
Musa emerged winner after scoring the highest votes against other major nominees including Abdullahi Dollar, Abdullahi Haske and Jamilu Aliyu Babson.
Integrating Reading Culture is an education program established to rejuvenate reading culture from Primary to secondary school levels. It seeks to promote reading culture by availing students with learning materials including text books, providing state of the art libraries and organizing motivational outreaches.
Mr. Emmanuel N Musa has through his foundation, Emnamu foundation contributed tremendously towards humanitarian causes over the years by providing scholarships to indigent students, housing to widows, orphans and other vulnerable people as well as providing food and non food items during emergencies.
In a phone interview with our reporter, national coordinator, Emnamu foundation, Comrade Kukuya Godwin said he was not surprised by the overwhelming victory of Emmanuel N Musa considering the impact of his litany of humanitarian interventions across all nooks and crannies of Nigeria.
“I’m not surprised by the overwhelming endorsement of Emmanuel N Musa going by the gigantic humanitarian intervention across all facets of life.
“This endorsement will no doubt spur him to do more for Nigerians so as to give his robust contributions to national development and provide succor to the most vulnerable and disadvantaged Nigerians,” Godwin said.
