The Court pf Appeal Gombe Division on Friday affirmed the seven years jail term for former General Manager of Maiduguri Flour Mill, Ma’aji Shettima Arfo.
Arfo had in an earlier judgment by Maiduguri High Court jailed seven years after he was found guilty of diverting millions of Naira belonging to the company.
In an unanimous judgment, the Appeal Court found Arfo guilty of all charges against him and held that his appeal lacked merit.
