The Management of the Borno State Scholarship Board, has announced the opening of its portal for sponsorship of post graduate students wishing to study Chinese language, Medicine (MBBS) and Engineering programmes in reputable institutions in China.
According to the announcement, applicants for Chinese language must have excellent results in arts subjects, while applicants for medicine and engineering must pass English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
The announcement said candidates should have 75 percent minimum in WAEC for MBBS and 65 percent minimum in WAEC for Engineering, adding that detailed calculation for percentage is available on the scholarship website- www.scholarship.bo.gov.ng
The announcement also noted that the portal for the application would remain open up to August 15, adding that applicants should be between 18 to 25 years.
