Adamawa APC SWC, SEC congratulate Mamman Tahir over ministerial nomination
The state working committee (SWC) and State Executive Committee (SEC) of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Adamawa State have extended deep felicitations to Professor Mamman Tahir over his ministerial nomination and successful screening by the Nigeria’s apex law making body.
A statement signed by Barr. Idris Shuaibu and Dr. Raymond Chidama, chairman and secretary of the party respectively on behalf of the SWC and SEC described Tahir as a square peg in a square hole expressing optimism that he will probe his mettle as minister of the federal republic of Nigeria.
“As a detribalised patriotic Nigerian, you are eminently qualified for the highly tasking assignment.
“As a tested academic with outstanding track record in law and in public service, your consideration as a minister of our country Nigeria is timely and worthwhile.
“We encourage you to make a difference in Mr. President’s cabinet so as to justify the confidence reposed in you and make Adamawa proud again,” the statement said.
