2027: Adamawa APC endorses Tinubu, celebrates Ribadu, opens new secretariat, receives high profile decampees
In a carnival like occasion, Adamawa State All Progressives Congress (APC) has achieved many goals in one fell swoop as the party opens a new secretariat, received thousands of high profile decampees and celebrates Tinubu’s two year tenure in a grandeur.
Thousands of party loyalists across the 21 local governments of the state have converged early Thursday at unity bridge in Yola, singing songs of support and praises for the president over his bold moves to reposition the country.
The crowd in a show of solidarity held a rally from the bridge to the newly constructed state of the art secretariat.
The North East Vice Chairman of the party, Comrade Mustapha Salihu during a high powered stakeholders meeting involving all parties executives from state to ward levels, SEC and SWC endorsed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s 2027 presidential aspiration in order to consolidate “his laudable policies, reforms and programs.”
The stakeholders also passed a vote of confidence on Nigeria’s National Security Adviser, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu “for doing a yeoman’s job” in ridding the country of social insecurity and restoring Nigeria’s respect and glory in the committee of nations.
The event also featured the reception of thousands of high profile defectors from the ruling party in the state and other political platforms.

Notable amongst the high profile defectors include, the immediate past deputy governor, Crowther Seth who parted ways with his boss governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, a notable businessman and philanthropist, Abdulrahman Haske, former CJ of Adamawa, Ambrose Mamman and former speaker of Adamawa State house of assembly, Gibson Nathaniel among thousands of other defectors.
Speakers during the occasion including, Prof Tahir Mamman, the immediate minister of education, Comrade Mustapha Salihu, Adamawa APC chairman, Barr Shuaibu Idris, former governor Bala James Nggilari eulogized, the stewardship of president Tinubu which they said has achieved tremendous milestones in the last two years for which they endorsed his second term ambition.

They expressed optimism that the teething challenges being faced as a result of president Tinubu’s reforms will no doubt take Nigeria to the promised land urging Nigerians to continue to support the president in his desire to revamp the nation.
